Northwest Farm Credit Services, a nearly 10 billion dollar agricultural cooperative that provides financing and related services to agricultural producers, is seeking a Marketing Research Analyst to join our Headquarters facility in Spokane, WA.  

Northwest FCS is committed to understanding its marketplace and sharing that understanding with internal and external audiences. Through Northwest FCS' Market Research initiatives, data is collected, analyzed, and provided to senior management for decision making. Northwest FCS' Knowledge Center's mission is to question, collaborate, and institutionalize collective intelligence and information, advancing customer and organizational success. The Knowledge Center consists of 11 industry-focused Knowledge Teams comprised of over 120 staff. 

The Market Research Analyst will support Northwest FCS' Knowledge Center and Market Research through completion of the essential duties and responsibilities listed below.  Key areas of focus include research and event coordination, professional writing, market research, and financial data analysis.

Position Information:

Primary responsibilities include supporting Northwest FCS's Knowledge Center, planning and implementing research projects, assessing research project results, and administering and coordinating Knowledge Center activities such as symposiums and peer financial benchmarks. This position will be responsible for copyediting, authoring and producing Knowledge Center publications as well as conducting market research, analyzing marketplace information and maintaining this information. This position will also assist with the Business Management Center Program as needed.

Application of work includes recommendations to management and assistance with the development of business and marketing plans. Key success factors include attention to detail, familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research techniques, the ability to manage and coordinate coinciding projects, and an aptitude for critical thinking, problem solving and a comfort with public speaking and facilitating groups.

Qualifications:

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Business, Business Management, Economics, Finance, or Marketing. Candidates should have a minimum of one year progressively responsible experience in financial analysis or market research, statistical analysis, report writing, a high level of proficiency in written and verbal communications and general business concepts.  Excellent computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet analysis, PowerPoint presentation development, and familiarity with Access are required.  Experience in database development is preferred.  Background or expressed interest in the agricultural industry, agricultural economy, and agricultural policy is desired. A masters degree is preferred but not required.

Regional Account Manager.

Client is looking for a results oriented, revenue producing, self starter for a technical sales position. Network Security Sales preferred.

Job Duties:

Candidate will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining a client base of mid-market companies, Prospect for new opportunities and sell to targeted subsets. Candidate needs to have the ability to thrive in a highly competitive environment.

Skills Required
Technical sales experience, executive sales and presentation skills, excellent oral and written verbal communication skills, and must understand and use accepted sales methods. Quality Control Manager

$45-$50K

A local large manufacturing company is currently seeking a Quality Control Manager.

Candidate will be responsible for managing, planning, coordinating and directing the Quality Control Program. The manager will be responsible for insuring the consistency of production and service that is consistent with established company and industry standards.

Ideal candidate will have experience in analysis of statistical data and specifications to determine standards, and to establish proposed quality and reliability expectations.

Two years experience in quality assurance is required. Candidate should hold a Bachelors degree in Quality Control Management, or equivalent. Experience in Manufacturing is preferred.
